It helps to include your username, the device and OS version, and what you expected to happen instead. A screenshot is worth a paragraph.
Is any of this real money?
No. Stock Picks is a paper-trading simulator. Every account is funded with simulated cash, prices come from live market data, and no order is ever routed to a market. You cannot deposit or withdraw, and we never ask for bank or brokerage details.
Why are prices not moving?
Quotes update during US market hours, 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern, Monday to Friday. Outside those hours prices sit at the last close and market orders queue for the next open. That is expected behaviour, not a failed request.
Deleting your account
In the mobile app, open the Account tab and choose Delete account. On the web, the same option is on your account page. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, positions, and trade history.
If you cannot sign in to delete it yourself, email support@realtimesoftware.co from the address on the account and we will remove it for you.
Trouble signing in
Usernames are matched regardless of capitalisation, so Testreview and testreview reach the same account. Passwords are case-sensitive. If a password is lost, email us — we cannot read it, but we can reset it.
Policies
Read the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Cookie Policy.
