Terms of Service

Stock Picks is an educational simulator. It lets you practise trading using virtual cash against market data. Everything you see — balances, positions, orders, profit and loss — is simulated.

No real money and no real securities are involved. Realtime Software Inc. is not a broker-dealer, exchange or investment advisor. It is not registered with the SEC or FINRA, is not a member of SIPC, and does not hold customer funds or securities. You cannot deposit or withdraw real money, and simulated balances have no cash value.

Nothing in the service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Simulated results do not predict real-world returns: real trading involves costs, taxes, slippage, liquidity limits and emotional pressure that a simulator cannot reproduce. Decisions you make with real money are your own.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate registration details, keep one account per person, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Scrape or redistribute market data in breach of our providers' terms.
• Post content that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive or spam, or manipulate leaderboards and referrals.
• Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation.

Market data is provided by third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. We do not guarantee its accuracy or availability and are not liable for losses arising from reliance on it. Data is licensed for personal, non-commercial use within the service.

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the service. We may remove content that breaches these terms.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Price alerts and notifications depend on third-party systems and may be delayed or missed, so do not rely on them as your only source of information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realtime Software Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of your use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.

You may delete your account at any time from the Account screen. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for other users or the service.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
